E3 2007 Award Winners Announced
John Rock Band rocks the balloting for this year's Game Critics Awards.
The winners for the 2007 Game Critics Awards have been released. Euphony game Stone Ring has won a trailblazing three awards (C. H. Best of Show, Best Hardware and Best Social Game), followed closely by Mass Effect's two victories (Best Console Game and Topper Role Playing Game). With help from Rock group, Burnout Paradise and Madden 08, Lepton Arts won vi out of its fourteen nominations.

Best Natural process/Risky venture Game: Bioshock (Irrational Games/2K Games for PC, Xbox 360)
Best Fighting Game: Virtua Fighter 5 (Sega for Xbox 360)
Best Part Playing Game: Flock Gist (BioWare/Microsoft Games Studio for Xbox 360)
Best Racing Crippled: Burnout Heaven (Criterion Games/EA for PS3, Xbox 360)
Best Sports Game: Madden NFL 08 (Tiburon/EA for All Systems)
Best Strategy Game: World in Run afoul (Heavy Entertainment/Sierra for PC)
